We exclusively serve our Shinn Estate Vineyards’ wines at all private events. Our wines are the only alcohol to be served at daytime events. For after-hours events, the approved caterer can bring in and serve beer and liquor along with Shinn Estate Vineyards’ wines with a proper permit.

We require a wine purchase of a half bottle per adult guest (21 years +), less a 10% discount. So for example, for a 30 person dinner party, we require a minimum of 15 bottles to be pre-selected and purchased in advance. Can you get more wine should you run low? Absolutely. We require a credit card on file for any additional wine purchases past the minimum. Please note, Shinn Estate Vineyards does adhere to all NY State laws pertaining to the service of alcoholic beverages and reserves the right to refuse service to any guest under the age of 21 or appearing to be intoxicated.
