Farmhouse FAQs & Policies

Is there a minimum night stay?

During the off-season there is no minimum to stay at the Inn. From May – November there is a 2-night minimum for weekends only. This policy is carefully designed to enrich your visit, offering ample opportunity to explore and savor the serene beauty of the North Fork

Is the Inn pet-friendly?

We love four-legged friends, too but, unfortunately, we can’t host them at the Inn.

Are children allowed to stay at the Inn?

Unfortunately, we don’t allow guests under the age of 21 at our bed and breakfast, but this is for your benefit, not ours! We want to make sure our guests enjoy a truly relaxing, worry-free experience while they’re here.

Do all of the bedrooms have a private bathroom?

Each guest bedroom has a private bathroom, though the North Field bathroom is not en-suite.

Do you serve dinner?

We don’t serve dinner at the Inn, but the North Fork is home to some great restaurants. Our favorites can be found on our local guide.

How many people can stay in a room?

All of our guest rooms, by Suffolk County law, allow for two guests. Unfortunately, we aren’t able to accommodate a third guest in individual guest bedrooms.

How can I purchase a gift certificate?

Because rates vary seasonally, we recommend purchasing a gift certificate that can be used towards a stay at the Inn. Rates range from $400-$800. Gift certificates can be purchased online here.

If there’s a balance remaining on the gift certificate, it can be used towards wine purchases in the tasting barn.
