From rehearsal dinners to birthday parties, anniversary celebrations to bridal showers, corporate outings to cocktail parties – we can coordinate the perfect, intimate gathering for you and your group, year-round!

We offer both daytime (semi-private) and evening (private) events – with both all-inclusive, per person pricing and menus as well as more customizable options.

Sometimes, yes. If a private event is being hosted during our business hours, then the Tasting Room and outdoor patio and field will be open to the public. We do have beautiful rooms and spaces within which we can host daytime events for up to 30 guests while still offering a semi-private feel. Those spaces would be only accessible to the event guests and the vendors who are there to work.

For after-hour events, we are closed to the public, so guests enjoy full privacy.

During the day, we can accommodate parties of 10-30 guests. After hours, we can accommodate parties of 20-50 guests.

We offer daytime and evening buffet packages in which a pre-set amount of wine is included in the price per person. We also offer a more formal sit-down dinner option. Wine is served throughout the event and paid for by the client at the close of the event based upon consumption.

For our daytime and evening buffet events, rentals should not be needed unless there are add-on needs for the event. For the more formal evening sit-down dinner, the caterer will also add on tables, chairs, and tableware for the event.

In an effort to comply with town regulations and to be kind to our neighbors, only non-amplified, background-volume music may be played at Rose Hill Vineyards for evening events only. Bands and DJ’s are not allowed; however, we welcome a single, acoustic musician and can also offer the use of our in-house Sonos system for all events to provide lovely, background music for guests to enjoy.
